drawing stage to final products with high level of accuracy.
TEKLA
The most popular software in the industry today, this 3D modeling software enables you to generate drawings from general arrangement drawings to fabrication drawings. It is also able to generate NC file which we are using in our CNC machines for cutting and drilling of structural steel.
AUTOCAD
AutoCAD® is a computer-aided design (CAD) software that our team uses to create precise 2D and 3D drawings. AutoCAD includes industry-specific features and intelligent objects for architecture, mechanical engineering, electrical design, and more.

SOKKIA CX105 Total Station
Precise Measurement
This instrument can be used to give horizontal and vertical alignment as well as slopping distance reference, for setting out and checking before/during/after the installation of steel structure
As-Built Data Collection
Total station inbuilt with internal electronic distance measurement (EDM) that allows to measure coordinates, levels and slope distance without reflective device. The advantages of using EDM instrument is the speed and accuracy in measurement. Field work can be carried out very fast, manual errors involved in reading and recording are eliminated.
Data Processing
All collected as-built data are stored in the total station. It ca easy download and transferred to computer software to extract and process for fabrication drawing preparation.
